2011 Bedford County Fair Outside Concessions Contract

I,                                                          am leasing a space as an "Outside Concessions Vendor" for the Bedford County Fair, July 18-23, 2011.

I will be selling the following items

Below are listed the rules and restrictions that I agree to abide by during the fair:

The prices for the spaces are as follows: 10" X 12" - Nonrefundable $125.00 for the week. A security deposit of $25.00 is also required and payable with this signed contract.. Contract deadline is July 5, 2011.

Electricity available is 110 Power ONLY.

220 POWER IS NOT AVAILABLE.

IF YOU NEED 220 POWER, BRING YOUR OWN GENERATOR.

There will be no sales of the following items which are sold at the Carnival Concession Stands: Funnel Cakes, Cotton Candy, Candy Apples, Pop Corn/Carmel Corn, Polish/Summer Sausages, Corn Dogs and Lemonade.

All vendors shall report to the Fair Office upon their arrival on the fair grounds on Sunday, July 17, 2011 between the hours of 2 and 5 p.m. before setting up. Fees are due prior to set-up and should be paid in the Fair Office. No set-up prior to this date is allowed. The fairgrounds will be open on Sunday, July 24, 2011 for teardown if needed.

All concession vendors will be issued up to 4 Fair ID Badges for each booth. No other ID or Business Card will be used for admission to the Fair Grounds. Additional passes can be purchased for $2.50 per daily pass in the Fair Office.

NO PETS allowed in vendors area.

Gates open each day at 4:00 p.m. except Saturday which shall be 9:00 a.m. On Thursday and Friday, you must be on the fair grounds by 3:00 p.m.

Failure to comply with these rules and restrictions can and will result in the said, "Outside Concessions Vendor" being asked to remove their stand, with the understanding that they will not be refunded any and all funds paid to Bedford County Fair.
