2011 BEDFORD COUNTY FAIR
RABBIT SHOW

Wednesday, July 20,2011 - 10:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. - Receiving Animals Judging will follow

Classes

There will be separate classes for buck and does in each of the following classifications:

Breeds —American, American Fuzzy Lop, American Sable (Standard), Angora (English), Angora (French), Giant Angora, Satin Angora, Belgian Hare (Standard), Beveran, Brittan.nia Petite, Californian, Champagne D'Argent

(Standard), Checkered Giant, American Chinchilla (Standard), Giant Chinchilla (Standard), Standard Chinchilla, Cinnamon (Standard), Crème D'Argent (Standard), Dutch, Dwarf Hotot (Standard), English Spot, Flemish Giant, Florida White (Standard), Harlequin, Havana, Himalayan, Hotot (Standard), Jersey Wooly, Lilac (Standard), English Lop, French Lop, Holland Lop, Mini Lop, Netherland Dwarfs, New Zealand, Palomino, Polish, Rex, Mini Rex, Rhinelander, Satin, Silver, Silver Fox, Silver Marten, Tan, Grade.

Rules and Regulations

1.      Entry Fee - $1.50 per rabbit. We encourage pre-registration to prevent delays.

      2.      Those entering falsely will be automatically disqualified.

      3.      Exhibitors must supply their own water bottles.

4.      All animals will be subject to inspection for canker, fleas, and sniffles prior to being accepted in the competition.

5.      If space allotted is filled prior to the closing date of entries, the Event Directors may reserve the right to refuse additional entries.

6.      Each exhibitor is restricted to a total of 15 rabbits.

7.      Does with young WILL NOT be accepted.

8.      Grade rabbits will be accepted.

9.      Exhibition cages will be provided.

     10. Rabbits will be shown on all days. Rabbits may not be removed before Saturday, July 23, 2011 - 8:00 p.m. Removal before the appointed time will forfeit all prizes they have been awarded; any exhibitor removing livestock for reasons other than sickness prior to Saturday night must have it cleared at the discretion of the Event Director.

11. The Bedford County Fair Association will not be responsible for any loss or damage to any animal or equipment, but every precaution will be taken to prevent any such loss or damage.
