Bedford County Fair Trade Show Booth Space Contract
I , am participating in the Trade Show at the Bedford
County Fair. Fair dates are July 19 - 24, 2010
I will exhibit in my booth area.

Listed below you will find the rules and regulations to be followed during the Bedford County Fair.
ü The price for the booth spaces are as follows: 10' X 10' - Nonrefundable $25.00 for the week and payable with this signed contract. Contract deadline is July 12, 2010.
ü There will be up to 4 Fair ID badges issued for the entire week that will be the responsibility of the Trade Show participant to obtain and keep track of. Additional passes will be sold at the Fair Office for $2.50 per pass.
ü All participants are required to report to the Fair Office to receive their assigned packets on Saturday, July 17th or Sunday July 18, 2010 between the hours of 2 p.m. and 5 p.m.
ü Absolutely NO food sales except BAKED GOODS will be allowed inside the Trade Show building.
ü All participants will be required to furnish their own tables, chairs and any other display needs they have.
ü Gates open each day at 4:00 p.m., except Saturday which shall be 9:00 a.m. On Thursday and Friday you must be on the fair grounds by 3:00 p.m. Building will close at 10:00 p.m.
If additional family members or friends are coming to the fair, we suggest that they buy a Weekly Pass.
The Fair Association of Bedford County reserves the right to ask that you vacate your space for noncompliance of the above listed rules.
