2011 Bedford County Fair Trade Show Booth Space Contract
I, am participating in the Trade Show at the Bedford County Fair. Fair dates are July 18 - 23, 2011

Listed below you will find the rules and regulations to be followed during the Bedford County Fair.
The price for the booth spaces are as follows: 10' X 10' - Nonrefundable $50.00 for the week. A security deposit of $25.00 is also required and payable with this signed contract. Security deposit will be returned at the close of the fair if all rules and regulation have been met. Contract deadline is July 5, 2011.
There will be 2 Fair ID badges issued for the entire week that will be the responsibility of the Trade Show participant to obtain and keep track of No other form of ID or Business Card will be used for admission to the Fair Grounds. Additional passes will be sold at the Fair Office for $2.50 per daily pass.
All participants are required to report to the Fair Office on Saturday, July 16th between the hours of 2 p.m. and 5p.m. for assigned space, Id badges and complete set-up of your booth. The fairgrounds will be open on Sunday July 24, 2011 for tear down if necessary.
NO PETS allowed in Poultry or Trade Show area.
All participants of the Trade show MUST stay in their booth. No sales outside of your designated area.
Absolutely NO food sales except BAKED GOODS will be allowed inside the Trade Show building.
All participants will be required to furnish their own tables, chairs and any other display needs they ave.
Gates open each day at 4:00 p.m., except Saturday which shall be 9:00 a.m. On Thursday and Friday you must be on the fair grounds by 3:00 p.m. Building will close every night at 10:00 p.m. No breaking down of booth before 9 p.m. on Saturday.
Failure to comply with these rules and regulations can and will result in said "Trade Show Vendor" being asked to remove their booth, with the understanding that they will not be refunded any and all funds paid to Bedford County Fair..
